You’ll need: 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, marshmallows.

Step 1: Empty all of the ingredients other than the marshmallows inside of a medium-sized saucepan and allow it to simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. (Be sure to stir frequently).

Step 1: Empty ice cream, sugar, butter, almond extract, and food coloring into a large saucepan and melt over medium heat.

Step 2: Once the mixture is melted, stir in 3 cups of water.

Step 3: Pour the hot chocolate mixture into coffee mugs and top with whipped cream.

Step 2: Whisk the mixture until all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Salted Caramel Mocha Hot Chocolate

You’ll need: 2 cups of milk, 2  ounces of bittersweet chocolate chips, 6 cups of light corn syrup, 1/2 cup of granulated syrup, 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 3/4 teaspoon of sea salt.

Step 1: Heat the milk and chocolate in a saucepan on low temperature until the chocolate is melted. (Keep the hot chocolate on low temperature so that remains warm).

Step 2: In a different saucepan, heat the corn syrup on low until it is warm. You will notice the temperature increasing once the syrup starts to bubble.

Step 3: Turn the temperature up to medium heat and add in the sugar. Mix the two so that they both are incorporated into one another. Then, allow this to cook.

Step 4: Once the color turns to a light brown, remove this mixture from the heat and swiftly stir in the butter.

Step 5: Mix in the cream gradually. The, add in the salt.

*If at any point this salted caramel mixture begins to solidify, gently reheat until it is liquid again.

Step 6: Pour yourself a cup of hot chocolate and add in two teaspoons of the salted caramel mixture. Serve and enjoy!
